I'm a level 80 going to f2p in 2 days. I have 627k. What should I do before I go?

Sell all your members stuff. Start up woodcutting. Buy some stuff you'll need in f2p, raw/cooked lobsters and such, same with logs.

Fill up your bank with one of every f2p item you might possibly use.

 

 

 

Then while f2p be sure to never withdraw all of an item.

Use place holder for everithing that you need. g.e. or drop any members stuff you wont need. train agility.

Well I plan to return to p2p in a year or two... what should I do, like minigames, skills or et cetera...?

buy 50 of every f2p item you'll ever need. then sell all your members gear and train agility. trust me when i lost my mems i was very angry because i was going so slow compared to my usual speed on p2p worlds.

there are a few exceptions such as smithing, ur now going to get much faster from west varrock bank to anvils then u r now. and fm wont get any faster unless u want to burn magic logs. willow is the best xp and planty of them in f2p, problem is theres no convienient chop and bank, there are a few places u can chop and burn them though. last skill i can think of thats is the same speed in f2p is cooking unless u fish to cook

I would get your Agility up to a decent level. It's annoying, but your Agility benefit in member's carries over in f2p, so your energy will recharge a bit faster than regular f2pers.

 

 

 

Placeholders are also a good idea, so you can enjoy an expanded bank.

No, but seriously, the most important thing is setting up your bank to have 2 of everything you need in ftp, and train agility as high as you can get it. Everything else is possible to do while ftp, but agility is something that will help that you won't be able to work on there.

if ur leaving p2p for that long of a time then i suggest selling everything p2p. put it on forums too. u need to get rid of thatstuff. while ur waiting for ge updates etc. train agility as much as u can for this will be helpful in f2p since it works. other than that just do p2p stuff that f2p cant do like fun things minigames or just making better faster money.

Also, I've used 401 bankspaces out of 460 on my bank account. Will I be able to keep the members items in there or will i have to dispose of my quest items and treasure trails etc?

What I've done in the past a couple of times. It's well worth doing. There's even a guide about it lol.

 

It is worth selling a few things for some cash though, get doubles of F2P armour and the tools you'll need (pick, axe, etc).
