What is there to put in a rc guild? The level requirement should be something reasonable, like 45, not ridiculously high or low like the fishing/cooking guild respectively.

I think that rune prices will drop for the first week or so, but then steadily rise back to normal, as there will be alot of people runecrafting which will cause there to be tons more runes in circulation.

Should prove interesting, one way or another.

 

 

 

This update could quite possibly not directly affect runecrafting / essense prices at all. And that is to say that it could be a mini game such as pyramid plunder that came along for theiving. Meaning that it might just make the skill decently trainable (although, obviously not with the same exp rates :lol: ....i hope :-# ) yet without too much profit if any.

 

 

 

I wouldnt put it past jagex to find a way to have it blow up in their faces though. Obviously has happened before, and will surely happen again, thats just the nature of the business. :lol: ;)

anyway, on topic, i agree with the other person who had said that ess will increase and runes will decrease.

 

 

 

but i jsut want to know what the point of the rc guild will serve? give us free talismans or ess? most likely im thinking that there will be a mining area for ess there. maybe rune pouches? hmmmm well, ill be waiting anxiously in agony :lol:

Maybe they could implement some clothes that increase exp gained from RCing :lol:

 

Like the lumberjack set that increases wc exp by 2.5% :mrgreen:

 

But RC is a profit skill, so there has to be a point where either essence is capped and drops because of lack of profit, or runes go up.

 

 

 

Dude, I know. Nobody understands that. RC will always make money no matter what.

I am pretty sure that they will use the opportunity to enhance the price of pure ess. By adding rewards in the form of pure ess or something similar they'll try to make it's price lower.

Probably increase essence prices, and lower rune costs. Good thing for me, because I like using magic! YAY!

 

 

 

I couldn't think of a way that they'd update runecrafting without altering the prices of anything. Either it's more efficient experience wise (increase essence cost, thusly increasing some rune costs), more efficient amount of runes made (decrease essence price, or stays the same, decrease rune price)... Actually, Runescape has much more depth than that, so I can't really figure how everything would work out...
