I finished downloading Fable this morning, really adictive, almost wanted to tell work I was sick today :lol:

 

 

 

May rent the 2nd one, because people seem to be complaining about it an I was thinking of buying it.

Xbox 360 internal clock frequently resets to Nov. 22 2005 for some reason. It happened today, so before switching it back I went on a few of my characters and saved. Came back in a few minutes after switching the clock to normal and got lots of rent.

 

It seems to stop collecting after 100 cycles of gaining money out of game. Free 1.5m for me at least :lol:

 

 

 

Interesting character morphing thing too: a pure and evil character does not get horns. He/she will get red snakelike eyes and his/her skin will turn a pale blue.

 

i got a free 50mil from that trick o.o

 

and yh ive got a full evil and full pure hero, no horns after killing 100's of people is strange

my game seems to have failed.

 

after the "rescuing charlie" quest, when i left the dungeon, the conversation failed to start.

 

so now when I press the A button it just does the skip conversation thing, except that once the meter fills, it does nothing.

 

so now it wont let me do anything that involves pressing the A button.

 

I've already tried switching to a different quest, reloading the console, and going back to the place where the conversation should have been. I can't seem to find any of the people that were in the quest.

 

sooooo...basic point is..i cant use the A button, and thats kinda important.

 

anybody got any idea how I can fix this?

Mmm, that happens if you use the left trigger early in the game, too. The only remedy I know is starting a new game.

Personally I'd rather have some kind of corpse-vampire villain than one with the Fable 2 horns. Those things are ugly this time around.

Castle Fairfax = 1m, Brightwood Tower = 250k, Cemetary mansion = 100k, Bloodstone mansion = ~80k, Giles' farm, also around 80k, to name the big ones.

And on the hole in the end they are pretty bad games. I mean come on they are short the story is literally identical on each one and it just gets so boring. Combat is just a joke. I've had more fun doing "other" things.

Well I got it today and the first disc I got froze alot so I took it back and got a new one once I got out of the first cave thing at the lake the game froze again. So I called Microsoft and hopefully resolved the problem.

 

 

 

 

 

EDIT: Ok I tried it and I made it for about an hour then BAAM froze.

DLC worth getting? I beat the game about a month or so ago and got all the achievements, so I didn't really have anything else to do in the game.

Got 1000GP today, definitely getting the DLC - one of the best games imo, although there isn't too much to do now that I've completed it :(

The expansion is released on the 13th (tomorrow my time) I'm not gonna get any more achievments until then.

I'll for sure be intersted in finding the gargoyles. Mind if you post the reward ? Of course make sure you use hide tags :lol:

Got the DLC - well worth it. Finished it already tho and I only have 1 more book to find for 1100gp. A nice extra place and a good quest, pretty cool what you can do. The new armour is reeeeaaaallly nice and there's a ton of new items.

oh snap, dlc. maybe i'll have to start playing this again to get the other 2 achievements at the endgame

i'm currently downloading this. there is a free version of it too, what i quoted is the premium description, i'm getting the premium cause i don't like to miss out on anything.

The free version doesn't give access to the island, it just lets you join their world. It also gives some leaderboards but I haven't checked them out yet.

 

The premium version is the version with all the items, etc. Well worth getting. Only 800MS

i got my 100 gamerscore from the DLC, now i've just gotta get around to getting the last achievements.

Currently on 1055/1100, 3 achievements left and I can't do "The Duellist" :(

Started getting back into fable, made a 'good' Gunner. They're fun. :lol:
