December 1, 200817 yr UGA - GT game was good, Oregon and Oregon state game was alright, both defences sucked and resulted in ALOT of points. Best game was the Oklahoma - OSU game, sorta mad that OSU lost, but it was still a great game. Lol @ Sam bradford getting flipped , what a dumb move that was.
December 1, 200817 yr Oklahoma jumps Texas in BCS, grabs #2 spot. They also clinch a Big 12 title game shot against Missouri. Texas got pwnt. If Oklahoma wins against Missouri, they clinch a spot in the BCS title. And whoever wins the SEC title should clinch a spot. Aka Florida.
December 1, 200817 yr Oregon screwed Beavers over so bad. ~Retired 10/17/07~"One of the great things about books is sometimes there are some fantastic pictures." - George W. Bush
December 1, 200817 yr Texas didn't get screwed lol. Maybe they should of gotten some more style points. Maybe beaten teams a little bigger. Thats how Oklahoma beat them, style points.
December 1, 200817 yr I liked the Kansas Missouri game. Anyway, just like I called a while back after seeing DeMarco Murray play for OK, I knew they'd be in the title. It should be Florida and OK. If Alabama or Texas somehow sneak in I'm going to be pissed off.

December 1, 200817 yr Author I can't believe we lost to Tech... Anyways, about the whole Texas-Oklahoma thing, I think the BCS got it right. Head to head should be thrown out the window when Texas Tech is tied with both teams and owns the head to head against Texas. Oklahoma has been dominating since that UT loss(a game closer than the score shows.) Quit RS, combat 104, total 1651
December 3, 200817 yr Rumor Mill! Clemson to the Gator Bowl....YEAH BABY! Possibly playing Nebraska, a rematch of our 1981 National Title game. Dabo Swinney as the new HC! Good times are upon us.
December 3, 200817 yr Texas got screwed Not really. The entire top ten got screwed when Texas rose FIVE RANKS on a bye week. That was bullcrap. My heart is broken by the terrible loss I have sustained in my old friends and companions and my poor soldiers. Believe me, nothing except a battle lost can be half so melancholy as a battle won. -Sir Arthur Wellesley
December 3, 200817 yr Texas got screwed Not really. The entire top ten got screwed when Texas rose FIVE RANKS on a bye week. That was bullcrap. Agreed!
December 3, 200817 yr Its official. http://www.gatorbowl.com/ Gator Bowl chooses the ACC #3 team. Funny they picked Clemson right? Obviously they saw what i saw and that no one else wants to see across the country. Clemson is going bowling fellas, to a good Jan 1st bowl. Clemson is slated (Unofficially) to play Nebraska. Rematch of the 1981 National Championship. I am pumped. In other news. Tommy Tuberville is OUT as Auburn's head coach. Though its not official, it will be.
December 4, 200817 yr Texas definatly did get hosed. I'm not vouching for them to be #2 in the BCS, but they should most definatly be ahead of Oklahoma. I suppose it's no surprise though, because Texas beat Oklahoma BEFORE Oklahoma beat TT. The biggest issue I have with the BCS is the fact that it rewards you for losing early. If two teams go 11-1, it's always the team that lost FIRST that ends up being ranked higher. Yet another season that screams for a playoff system.
December 4, 200817 yr In other news. Tommy Tuberville is OUT as Auburn's head coach. Though its not official, it will be. Ya some people are saying AU wants Mike Leach.
December 4, 200817 yr Leach is a good coach, but its a question of how much does TT want him and how much money is involved. TT is already talking contract extension. Auburn made a mistake by waiting IMO. Waited to get their name out there. Their status in the SEC should help them pull someone in but i think they waited later then they should have. Auburn should look at Gary Patterson from TCU, or Chris Petersen from Boise St. And as long shots Jimbo Fisher (FSU), Will Muschamp (Texas).

Muschamp is a good a coordinator but I don't know if he will be a good head coach. Also, who is Utah's coach? The last Utah to SEC coach won a national champoinship within his first two years (Urban Meyer), I hope we go after him.
December 4, 200817 yr Leach just withdrew his name from Washington's opening. Thats good news and bad news for Auburn. Either that means he saw the Aubrun job pop up and is interested more in that or he is getting a hefty raise from TT. http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=3745354

Erm, they beat Florida? They play Florida on Saturday... Now if they beat Florida in that game, I wouldn't call that a sneak. However, a lot of their games have been close (one being in OT). I'd rather Florida get in even with the 1 loss (by 1 point), they destroy their opponents.

December 4, 200817 yr I doubt it. I've met him, and he enjoys Lubbock a lot - apparently. It would have to be one heavy chunk of money from Auburn to take 'im. catch it now so you can like it before it went so mainstream

Yes, and after being convinced by my fellow Tigers I DO NOT want Leach even though this isn't good :? In case it changes it says disscussions between Mike Leach and Auburn heat up
December 5, 200817 yr Rich Rod made my school look bad. Way to go! :x I am Teh_King[My dA][My Last.FM][My Twitter]
December 5, 200817 yr Rich Rod made my school look bad. Way to go! :x LOL! Seriously? No way, only Michigan fans believe that and they must be [developmentally delayed]ed honestly. Rich Rod is a HELL of a coach, he did not make you school look bad. The lack on players made your school look bad. Let the man recruit the guys he needs to run his offense and Michigan won't be stopped guaranteed. If he had his WVU team at Michigan he would of won the National Championship at least 3 years in a row. Give him time, what did you expect instant sucess? Rich Rod is still playing Lloyd Carr's class. Lloyd Carr the guy who had barely a handful of great seasons since like 2003 or 2004 and lost 4 out of the last 5 bowls Michigan played in. 2 of them with a conference championship team. Give the man time. Its not the coach thats making michigan look bad. No players at Michigan can run his Spread option type of offense. Look at what he had at Clemson, Woody Dantzler that could roll out of the pocket and run much like a Tebow or Pat White at WVU. Then look at WVU, Pat White, Noel Devine, and Steve Slaton. Thats a deadly combo in a spread offense, very deadly. Michigan doesn't have that yet. Look at Rich Rod at WVU, came in and took a WVU team to 3-8 his first year. The next year he pulls them up to 9-4, and the next year he wins a conference title. WVU is a perfect example of what he can do once he gets his recruits. Look at his coaching record at WVU. A 3-9 at Michigan is pretty similar setup to WVU isn't it? Assuming Michigan doesn't kill or run RR out of town by sheer [developmentally delayed]ation, better days are upon you. [hide=]Year - Team - Overall - Conference 2001 West Virginia 3-8 1-6 2002 West Virginia 9-4 6-1 *2003 West Virginia 8-5 6-1 *2004 West Virginia 8-4 4-2 *2005 West Virginia 11-1 7-0 Won Sugar Bowl 2006 West Virginia 11-2 5-2 Won Gator Bowl *2007 West Virginia 11-2 5-2 Won Fiesta Bowl (Beat Oklahoma by 20) * = Conference Championship[/hide] Apart from his attitude i'd give anything to have Rich Rod back at Clemson. Would should of never let him go as our OC in 2000. Huge mistake by Clemson. Should of offered him more $ and a head coaching job.
