Looking for interesting recipes!

Hi folks,

I love to cook, and am fed up of not remembering all those recipes people have told me. Being a coding kinda girl I decided to write a digital cookery book. But as usual I got side tracked and it never happened. Well the other day I saw my laptop sitting there in it's bag, not been used in ages, and thought I could put that in the kitchen (it has wireless) and use that as a digital cookery book. Overkill? Maybe. Awesomely kewl? My boyfriend thinks so :).

All that was missing was the software to run it! So I have put up a webspace called Recipe using Joomla so I can add recipes from anywhere that has an internet connection.

Why am I telling you this? Well I was wondering if any of you had any recipes you would care to share with me? If you have then please post them here, If I like the sound of them I will definitely give em a go.

I have one I could probably post tommoz.

Well you just met a real live one :P

Looking forward to the recipe, any hints what it is?

P.S. I might as well post the URL, it's HERE, only a few things there so far but it will develop with time.

Food, cake.. what?

Something specific or just anything?

I find that my best creations are born from some random crap I found in the cupboard merged with some soy sauce and a load of herbs and spices. Tomato puree is quite versatile as well so yeah...

Somebody likes portal. 8-)

I really don't have recopies I just throw stuff together and hope it turns out edible. Well there is one thing I don't have measurements but guesstimating seems to work. You fry some minced onions with some ground up pepperoni and mix it with egg noodles.

Psh, no olive spreads yet? ::'

1 Stick of cream cheese

1/2(?) cup of mayonnaise

Salt

# of chopped up green olives varies, depending on how much you want olive taste.

1-2 tablespoons of olive juice (the stuff that's also in the olive jar), also can vary.

Mix the cream cheese and mayonnaise in a bowl until they are smooth. Then add the green olives and olive juice. Add a pinch-any amount you want of salt. You can refrigerate this if you want, it still tastes the same after a few days.

^I found this when I was trying to use up some green olives that I had lying around. I tweaked it to my taste and found it to be pretty hawt.
