He's one of the best drummers in the world so hopefulyl he gets better! Thank you to tripsis for an awesome sig!

September 21, 200817 yr Author I'm quite a big fan, and when i went to see +44 live he had broken his arm so there was a stand in drummer which i was not too pleased about. He's one of the best drummers in the world so hopefulyl he gets better! Didn't he drum one-handed for a bit there? I think he did, but this was right after he broke his arm and he wasn't well enough to play with one arm. Bit of a shame - i really wanted to see him too! I was a big blink 182 fan "back in the day" and made it my mission to see them all, still only have 2/3 though :( Thank you to tripsis for an awesome sig!
September 21, 200817 yr seen it on the news before. that sucks. im not a huge blink 182 fan but i don't mind them. hope he can still drum in the future.
September 21, 200817 yr What happened to the other thread? Forum rollback, we lost a few hours when we switched servers. ~ W ~
September 21, 200817 yr Yep, saw the crash site in person. Not pretty and i wish him and his DJ all the best in recovery. They are VERY lucky to be alive. The only 2 out of the 6 that survived, seriously how lucky is that?
September 21, 200817 yr Although I absolutely hate his drumming and think people make all too much of a big deal of him, I do think that it's quite unfortunate that this happened. "He could climb to it, if he climbed alone, and once there he could suck on the pap of life, gulp down the incomparable milk of wonder."
September 23, 200817 yr Aww my topic on this got deleted...boo! But ya I when I saw him with (+44) he played one handed it was pretty cool. I also met him when he was playing with the Transplants at Warped Tour. Nice guy, to bad to see four lives were lost in this crash. blink-182
September 23, 200817 yr I heard about this :o He is a really good drummer, hopefully he can still play as good as before. Come to #tip-it on Swift IRC, if you're cool
September 23, 200817 yr He should be fine. He is in Augusta GA now being treated for burns. Other then burns i'm not sure he was injured. Must of been scary though.
September 24, 200817 yr I think the way the press handled this story is completely insensitive, 2 people died in the accident and all the press care about is some washed up drummer whose career is over.
September 24, 200817 yr I think the way the press handled this story is completely insensitive, 2 people died in the accident and all the press care about is some washed up drummer whose career is over. Actually 4 people died, and of course thats how they handled it. Otherwise its just another plane crash. Sad to say but in today's society its not a big deal unless a celebrity is involved. It was a big deal in SC though, first real plane crash in i don't know how long.
September 24, 200817 yr I was about to go on a small airplane for a ride, and in the waiting room this was on the TV, wasn't very reassuring.
