Through reading the poorly thought out replies in this thread, I have learned that by asking why Jagex hasn't released a quest early, it is equivalent to real life crying.

I think 4 game updates in 5 "update weeks" is decent. Usually we get 1-2 updates, an upgrade, and a bunch of website filler per month.

If Jagex were a stupid thing like blizzard and would be started in the same time, it would definatly be out in 2010 or later. Remember, Doom's day is probably gonna be in 2012, so that would be bad cuz too many people would see blizzard's stupid work. if the LHC causes Doom's day to be in a month, Good. nobody would see blizzard's $|~\|-0e|-|\/\/\o1\C work.

Forgive me I was wrong it is in fact a quest. Should be a good un' too by the sounds of it. Very good.

Think about it. A freaking Dragon Cane with a Dragonstone gem.

The spec will simply your character equiping a glove and beachslapping the enemy, who will break down and do the Cry emote for 10 seconds straight.

Well next mon/tues is still september so this quest isnt even really late yet,

 

 

 

As soon as it wasnt out the tuesday just gone, it was pretty clear it wouldnt be released until the following week imo,

 

 

 

And as someone pointed out this months has hardly been an update drought, we've had a fair bit

He was talking about the mayan calander and how it ends in the year 2012 / therefore predicting the end of the world / the dooms day / apocolypse or whatever [cabbage] the mayans believed in.

 

 

 

So I guess we will just have to wait till 2013 to prove the mayans wrong and another decade to do the same for whatever crackpot meteor theory your talking about....
