Does playing runescape affect vision??

It will but only if you're not careful.

 

 

 

A) You need to take breaks about each 30 minutes to look at distanced objects. Looking at distanced objects relaxes the eye, whilst looking to close objects(like the computer) strains it.

 

 

 

B) Always have lots of light in the room apart from the computer screen. If everything is dark and the computer screen is the only light, it will damage your eye a bit.

 

 

 

C) Don't strain your eyes trying to read or look at something that's too small, just manually adjust your comp to make whatevers too small the correct size.

 

 

 

If you do that, you should be about fine.

 

 

 

Bad eyesight is genetical. Looking at computer screens only makes a small difference.

Why just runescape? Using computer alot on it's own will, in most cases, ruin your vision. No need to blame JUST RS for that.

Yeah mine was getting a lot worse but it seems to have stopped getting worse since i rarely play rs anymore. btw i wear a -4 in my left eye and a -3.5 in my right(contacts). my eyes are horrible :?
