Featured Replies

I've been thinking of not playing runescape for like.. 2 weeks or summin but I just cant. I still play it though I find it kinda boring.

I need something in runescape to break my boredom!

DO NOT SUGGEST SLAYER. IT IS UBER BORING.

I dont need a siggy no moar.

The word PvP reminded me.

I might go do more of that new skill-based minigame (its awesome), and possibly some Low risk FFA in Clan Wars! :D

I can condier why you are so bored...

If you look at your stats compared to xp table , you are just sit in the worse part of your skills :

when the xo to get start to grow quickly and when you are still not well rewarded.

Both are reasons that drives you into boredem.

What you need : a good plan that brings you both levels AND cash.

Levels to make more cash

Cash to spend int on better equipment to make even more xp...

Once that step will be over, your progress with fastern and boredom will leave.

My advice : take an extraction skill and stick to it upon 80.

I'd say Hunter since 64 (two more only at falconry) will bring you a nice money maker with red chins.

sticking on surch a task is boring, that's true but think to the reward to get more motivation and beat yourself !

Oh baby light the dark side...

Try cannoning dagganoths under the lighthouse.

It is so FTW :twss:

:D You could always try fishing. I find that a fun non combat skill. Or you could get your summoning up to 68+, which is always useful.

Ouch. Kind of unneeded, but ouch. :o And yes, you could get your skills up to a certain level if you have the patience for the non combats. I know I don't.

Ray, try aiming for 70 mining, 70 smithing, and 70 prayer in rotating bursts until you get the levels. (Heck, I challenge you to get those levels, since I'm aiming for them myself... ...) Swap tasks every single time that you start to bore of one. By keeping it fresh constantly, you should be able to get the levels without giving up, even if it takes a while.

I find all those skills boring to train, and with members you know I'll beat you anyway ;)

I'm gonna just have some fun with minigames and FFA in clan wars. :)

I say you start a blog here at tif, if you haven't done so already, and have others push you towards your goals. It's easier to do goals when you have people behind you wishing for your success

Get 99 wc! Uber fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and who can't tell this isn't complete sarcasm? I'll say this again, go make a blog...It'll be worth it. It's helped me from teh beginning of my rs carrer

What I do to keep myself interested is diversify activities, and I find the best way to do that is getting quest requirements. If you haven't done Legends, Desert Treasure, Underground Pass, Recipe for Disaster etc. etc. set a goal for beating one if not all of them. I did and I had a lot of fun figuring out the fastest/cheapest way to level, following the storylines and making lots of friends in my questing spree, not to mention the rewards for some of them are considerable and will either earn you more respect or help you out in your later ventures.

A good solution is to take a break, if you arent interested in the game anymore, it is simply better to take a break. I had quit for over a year because I was simply not interested in playing but then I got interested again and started playing again. But dont force yourself into doing something you dont like, good luck.

dont start a blog!

I did that for pretty much these reasons, and one person responded. My dreams ruined!

If your really bored, go for an item you really want. Like me, I was in the same position on Monday. Decided i really wanted a fire cape. Didnt feel like trying multiple times, so i sold whip and fury, bought 2643 d bones and im lvl 68 prayer now, and going to get 80 ranged for my fire cape.

Or, do Barrows. Great money (if you stick with it) fun and relatively safe if you know what your doing.

You must not know how to even start one..

1) advertise to all your friends to at least post once.

2) make frequent posts of actual stuff, no bumps

3) with enough posts from you, people will notice your blog and will write...

just check out mine...18 pages...mainly the first 3 pages are of me, but I actually have subscribers now! \'
