This means that they aren't that rare, but many people aren't selling them right now. This has been proven "wrong" though as I have killed about 200 with no shards or claws. *EDIT* I always use a dueling ring, no matter where I go so I have no idea if a ring of wealth will affect the rate at all. 12 facts I know about you...1.
