TheAncient
There's a new way to get waterfilled vials that yields 350-400K/hr in profit, and requires almost no skill requirements. You simply need to have finished the Easy Fremennik Easy diary. It involves using the new "Peer the Seer" banking option from the Fremennik Diary. There are also several other uses for peer the seer, including a way to train magic at 60k/hr and possibly yield profit(see below) [hide=How to do it]There is a merchant NPC that sells infinite stock waterfilled vials for ~10 gp. He is roughly 15-20 steps away from Peer the Seer, and walks around in the central Relleka marketplace. With proper technique, you can do a run in a bit over 20 seconds. This yields roughly 4500 vials/hr, and under today's prices that is 80 * 4.5K = 360K an hour. Keep in mind though this is a concentration-intensive process. To get to Peer the Seer, either lyre teleport or move your house to relleka. It is also helpful to have terrorbird scrolls to restore energy, or inf run pool. I don't advise using a BoB to deposit stuff, unless you have a war tortoise (have not tested this) or a yak. If you have a yak, why the hell would you even consider buying vials.[/hide] [hide=Training Magic]Since the Merchant also stores infinite regular vials, perhaps a good combination of magic training and money making would be to buy regular vials, humidfy them, and then bank them. Humidify, I have heard, is 60K xp/hr.[/hide] [hide=The merchant also stocks...]--Infinite pestle and mortar (profit margin 100 gp/ea, could be used to make trash) --Infinite regular vials --Infinite potatoes --Infinite cabbages :D There is also a "Fish Mongerer" that will sell infinite stocks of fishing supplies. The profit margins on each of these is around 50-70 gp.[/hide] [hide=Other uses of Peer the Seer...]-- Fishing: there's an empty lobby/swordfish spot about 30 steps away from Peer. There's also an empty shark spot but it's a bit far. -- You can buy Fremennik beers from the Cheiftain's Hall. This may yield a nice profit, haven't tested it yet. -- You can buy Fremennik clothes in a store very close to Peer. The profit margin is 200 gp per cloth; however, no one will buy them in the GE so this is merely a method of making trash. And it's not very good trash either since you have to pay 650 gp per cloth.[/hide] Ever wanted to find street prices of RS items? TheAncient
If you aren't a lunar mage this could be used to gather Snape Grass. With Snapes at 300 ea, this isn't very profitable. I'd estimate 200K an hour at most Ever wanted to find street prices of RS items?
