was doing a lvl 3 clue scroll, lots of valuable items on me, lower part of karamja, zamorak mage thing attacks! i start to own it, it poison's me! poison hitting me 3's i tele out , i get to the bank and withdraw an anti-poison, i llok at hp, only 2hp left!!!!! i drink potion and eat loadsa lobbies, i'm alright afterward but i have never swore so much in my life hile playing rs lol, an anyone top that?

Back when I recently beat Monkey Madness, I decided to take a trip back to their evil island. I ran into the temple, flipped on some melee pray, and tried to kill Gorilla's. And failed. Horribly. I ended up walking away, and recharging my prayer. Thats when 3 Gorillas team up on me, and I'm unharmed.

 

 

 

...Or so I thought.

 

 

 

Turns out the sole spider in the area managed topoison me, and I wasn't paying attention to my dropping health. I look up, and I have 10 HEALTH LEFT! I realised I didn't have a tele, and I thought it was over. I flipped over to my equipment page to say goodbye to the Guthix Rune I stupidly wore there, and then I realised it: I HAD AN EXPLORER RING 3 ON!

 

 

 

I took it off, teleported to the cabbage patch in Fally, and died there. Because my respawn point was Fally, I returned and picked up my stuff, and vowed to never return to that blasted island until I was truly ready.

 

 

 

Needless to say, I was horrified at the time. It took me so long to get the money for that set, because I am still a nub. :ohnoes:

Well I was killing the level 192 jungle beast from MM, and I decided to bring a cannon, and someone else was fighting him and just died. So I set up my cannon and it started attacking both of them and because they were both like caught they couldn't move, I got attacked by mine and when i attacked it, it said I was already being attacked. So I started to run away and I had auto retaliate on and I ran back and tried to hit them. And I turned it off ran away and was just about to hit tele but I hit the prayer icon instead of the magic one. I looked at my hp and I had 2 hp left, so I spammed the tele to lumby and then I arrived and died there and my re-spawn was There so I ran and picked up almost my entire net worth :roll: Maybe I should have brought prayer potions, or even used prayer lol. I don't remember exactly what I had but I would have lost most of my bank. Which was like two parts of the cannon lol

Yeah, it was both. However, I occasionally spoke to Andrew on IRC at the time so it wasn't like the first time I'd ever heard from him.

When you're in Pyramid Plunder open chest and then get a huge lag wave and you can see the scarabs hitting 0s and 1s extremely fast. :ohnoes:

ah, the scariest eh? well i'll tell you the epic tale lol.. i logged in one fine day to you know play rs and whatever right? well i'm strolling through fally and get to the barber shop and all of a sudden i'm trapped in a block of ice "wtf" i replied... i was being ice barraged right in falador!.. thankfully i always bring a telly. i tellied to varrock, logged out and came back a day or two later.. i would have lost over 5m worth of stuff lol my heart skipped a beat, oh if your wondering "wtf" this day was 6/6/06.. i'll never forget that day.

That would be scary, you're just training or something then BAM! Barraged. I was around during the Fally Massacre, but I have seen videos of it.

Probably that one time I ran past Dark Wizards when I was like level 7 a few years ago. I died... lost a leather body and some fire runes. :cry:

I was about level 80 and had my first whip. (This is a few years back when they were 3m).

 

 

 

I was doing slayer and got Killerwatts. I didn't have any prayer potions so I took my awesome blue dragonhide. Sure enough I was hit hard, and escaped on 1 health.

 

 

 

In hindsight it wasn't as bad as I thought, since I wouldn't have lost my whip. It was bloody scary at the time though.

I have a bunch, but this one was only a few hours ago.

 

Solo'ing Chaos Elemental on PvP world, with Armadyl Chest and Skirt, Neitiznot Helm, and Dark Bow. I had protect item on to save my legs should I die, but I was doing great so I turned it off. 3 seconds later 28, Chaos' Max hit, and I'm at 28 HP. Damn. I start gulping down my curry, but HD lag sets on. 28 from Elemental, I see my heart go down to 0, and MY heart beat skyrockets. I just lost my armadyl legs. I'm rushing to Seer's bank, swearing and panicking, until I remeber Demonic teleport. I grab a bunch of random runes, spellboook swap, and Annakala teleport. I'm dashing down the massive fence that separates the wild, trying to find the gate opening, praying that my items will be there, I know my gravestone won't be, I just read that message when I went into the world. I see a red dot on my minimap. "oh please...." I'm reading through my death pile, searching...

When i fought the balance elemental during WGS, i was wearing 10m+ worth of gear and i killed it with 2hp left and no food. (I had forgotten my teletab)

 

 

 

LIES!!! You never had 10m before wgs, it was the dragon piece that got you the 10m........

 

 

 

Anyways, back on topic, the scariest moment for me (only yesterday!) was when I lagged during pvp and got an onyx amulet drop off the 75k thing after wind striking in black d'hide for half an hour, I thought it was 3m :lol: . So, I get barraged and dds specced by this 113 nearby so I died (can't tele, should of prayed....) so i spam clicked on bank, withdrew a house tab and spam clicked on it, trying to get back to edgy with mounted glory (yeah i know, i should of had a charged glory in bank which i didnt because i used my only one during the 75k thing). The 'there's no place like home' bit was the longest few seconds of my life. I got to the spot and got my amulet, didn't sell on lowest so I got assisted and made it a regen bracelet =).

 

 

 

Another one was a while back, I was at the Fight caves when i had a lag wave AND a server update thing, I was on wave 62.... and you know what happens next..... yeah that made me pretty mad :wall: :wall: :wall:

Just then my cannon decayed, and because i haven't used it before (just 2nd time using it) I thought I lost it, and with it 590k! But then looked up tip.it guides, and found out i can recover it!! WHew

One of my scariest moments was quite recent, as I was doing Monkey Madness I was left on around 16HP with no food left, poisoned & I'd just found the monkey teeth - so I managed to teleport out with only around 9HP left.

For example, you need 30 RuneCrafting to be ranked - what's your's? :)

Fighting Dharok... Got him to low hp... I ran out of prayer... Felt daring... Didn't restore it... Took 60 something damage...

 

 

 

EEP! I sipped a prayer potion and slapped on my prayer right away. It wasn't going to be any terrible consequences if I did die, but I get a little freaked out when I get hit for very high damage.
