It also looks like he has just copy/pasted the dragon + eye from another source too. It's much easier on the eyes than the average fake we see here (almost none of which are 50% of the artist's work). A few things that could make it even better: - Shrink the castle and make it much taller. I'd also flip the eye 90 degrees. - Add some mood to the scene with adjustment layers and a perhaps a subtle blur effect. Here's a rough example of what I mean: (maybe not so heavy on the effects, though!) [hide=][/hide] - Change the sky to make it look more spooky. It's much easier on the eyes than the average fake we see here (almost none of which are 50% of the artist's work). Runescape fakes take some work. Text needs changing, fonts need to be made, things need to be added (monsters, people, other items etc). A lot more work is put into a fake than there is in this. All the OP has done is add a small picture of a dragon and the eye of sauron. Nothing else whatsoever. Signatures are also a lot more than just a render, brushing and some text. They have many effects, through clever use of filters, options and other such tools on graphic editing programs. Renders and C4Ds are provided as free to use by their owners, and are never exactly the same as the original when in a fully completed sig. You can do this with other stocks, if you want. - Change the Runescape logo to something LOTR-based! :) Here are some references for the environment and how it may look: [hide=] [/hide] thx for the tips. il try them out after schoolbreak (don't have photoshop of my own >.<) and for the eye, i really did alot in that, it wasnt quite what i wanted so i brushed alot, there whas text in the original picture trough some of the flames. i really did my best on it, and im really a beginner so alot better than this in a short period of time won't do. so, yes i did copy-paste alot, but im trying to use the techniques i know now so that i can understand how to use it later.
