Riptide Mage
http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2item_id=3293 You make it sound like running through a few level 87 monsters is hard which it really shouldn't be at your level.
Kellis
They're also used as a very cheap method of training herblore (tarromin is cheap and ashes are almost free). But yes, temporarily restoring the citizens of Mor'ton to sanity. They can also be used on the sacred flame in the Temple of Mor'ton with at least 30% sanctity to obtain serum 208, which permanently restores the shop owner, quest npcs, etc.

Dying trick; go on pvp world tele to edge/c wars and withdraw potions and die with prot item on to keep the dueling ring/glory on. Pureprayer, you're awesome.
