I never implied that people can't or would. If news got around to him, I guarantee that I can get around to her parents. Heck, even if the teachers find out, they can press charges.

I have to say that it is admirable that the kid wants to look after his child but I think it will be far too much of a challenge for him and she would be better off in the care of adults to allow both children to carry on with their education so that in the future they may be able to provide for their daughter. I'm guessing it is a hoax. That kid does look like he is eight. What is to say that he isn't? What's to say that he mum had a baby, and his father took a photo of him holding it?

Sallaste, here in the U.S. 16 is the age at which you can have sex with consent. So if a 15 year old and a 16 year old did it, it could still be considered rape (even with consent).

Its the same here in the U.K. 16 is the age of consent.

I live in Estonia, in Eastern-Europe, I think we haven't got it prohibited, even if a pervert forced a 16 years old girl to take pornographic pics because of what the girl committed suicide. Police made nothing, since it wasn't breaking the law.

Well, here too. But it is also normal if you lose virginity when you are 16 and apparently, when you are 12.

Basically, there is an age of consent and a minimum age of um participation, if you are over the age of consent having sex with someone under the age of participation its a lighter degree of rape then normal but its still rape. Similiar to how stealing gum is not as bad as stealing a car.

while true, is there anything wrong with the parents of the kids raising the baby? Of course, its nowhere near an ideal situation, but that doesnt mean the first thought needs to be having an abortion.

Just. No. The boy only just hit teens, hasn't hit puberty (which wonders me how his body could even produce you-know-what) and thinks its all easy going? It honestly steams me up when idiotic young teenagers think becoming a father/mother is easy and "we'll both work hard". the boys not old enough to work, the girl barely herself, and funding wise, their parents are still paying for their crap, but now a baby too. Sheesh, even me and my girlfriend refuse to have a baby unless we were financially supported, house and worked full time to fund it all. oh and over 20.

Poor kid's gonna be short, ugly, and irresponsible... just look at his parents!
