dragon246665
is void mele good for training, is it worth getting and what are some uses? Also how long should i expect to play pest control for?
Darksin68
Void melee is not worth it, as the robes have pretty bad defensive stats, and no prayer bonus. Void range is a lot more useful. (Even though it is only the helmet that makes the set difference) Expect to play for.. 8-10 hours, with a decent team. Mr_Adam
It CAN be useful, but I'm not sure entirely where.... Things where you pray, but don't need to seriously worry about prayer points. Or things with low Attack/Strength. I got melee first and used it to get range helm, personally.
pinguimmaiden
You can manage 100 pts/hr with a good team. I only see people using void melee for corporeal beast, PvP stuff... For common training torag/veracs is your best bet.
mister_moocky
Void is great at monkey gaurds and at armoured zombies if you've got decent prayer. quit
50Athlete50Lazy
Good for training at places such as giant spider (lvl50) I know some people use it in clan wars but they usually just make for a fun dds target to be honest :D I know some people use it in combination with a GS and piety at waterfiends and so forth as well. Overall the range helm is the most versatile by far.
Lets_3ekout
If you already have range void and a GS, get it if you want. If you're getting the entire the set just for melee, don't bother.
