Blutters
I've got 99 Hitpoints, and it is currently my only maxed skill. I want to keep it that way for a while. What I need help with: Do I have enough combat XP "left" until I get level 98s in Attack/Strength/Defense/Ranged/Magic to achieve the required charms for 98 Summoning? I am fully considering Ice Bursting/Barraging nearly all of the rest of my Magic XP. I might even use only controlled style at Waterfiends and Chinchompas at Mummies if it's required... For the sake of this thread, cash is no restraint. Also, when answering, please also consider that I would use all charms I receive from drops, not just Crimson and Gold. I realize that there's some kind of chests at Dorgesh-Kann that give charms occasionally but those are a last-ditch effort for me; similarly, please keep any methods for gaining charms focused on only killing monsters. D Jay99
Whatever you do, do bork every day too. He gets you like 6k xp (maybe even more at higher levels) in charms, while you only gain around 1k combat xp.
Blutters
train mage on defensive style to limit the mage exps you get Then I still get Defense XP, except that my Defense level is higher. It might be worth considering, though, since Bursting/Barraging is the best way to get charms in the game (or so I've been told...). Whatever you do, do bork every day too. He gets you like 6k xp (maybe even more at higher levels) in charms, while you only gain around 1k combat xp. Thanks, I had forgotten about Bork. I'll read Tip.It's guide later. I tried those and most of the charms are green,so not that good xp in how much time it takes to get the charms.
Mercifull
Bork daily for a start. You could range a few things for charms with chins perhaps til 98 and then burst rock lobs with mage too. You are already high levels in all your combat skills though so I would doubt you will get enuf charms for 98 without hitting 99 in any of those other skill. Perhaps you could freeload in Soul Wars for charms? lol Mercifull <3 Suzi "We don't want players to be able to buy their way to success in RuneScape. baileydafrog
ive never tried using on such high levels to know if it helps much but will you be doing penguins each week for summoning? presuming you've done cold war it's got to be ok xp for no combat
Fekambard
Play a lot of soul wars and spend zeal points on charms?
wordsofthelord
Perhaps you could freeload in Soul Wars for charms? lol I know you meant this as a joke, I think. But if the OP were to do this they may want to hurry before that is nerfed.

But if the OP were to do this they may want to hurry before that is nerfed. What he should have said is: tank around the obelisk in Soul Wars with auto-retaliate off. This way, you help your team ...slightly and you don't get any combat xp. Blutters
Penguins and Bork both sound like a good idea. Soul Wars... Doesn't... I actually was planning on using Soul Wars to level all combat skills a once after I had 98s for a while, but I just realized that you can't get direct Summoning XP... I think what I need now are drop rates for Rock Lobsters, Waterfiends, and Mummies. If I can get some rates that are pretty accurate, I can make some sort of proportions for combat XP to Summoning XP.
