So the bolt-action offers that for me. I dont like the .50 cal because its so easy to use. Boom ; miss ; easy recovery like .02 seconds later with the semi-auto. With the intervention you have to be lucky. There is no skill. Skill is a habit of getting lucky, so keep down about "0h I p00p 0n k1ds cuz I em th3 b3s7 3v3r w1th my 1337 sk1ll5", and I like that. The Intervention is always accurate at very long range, the barrett isn't. End of story. EDIT: Also, by that logic, the FAL is quite obviously the worst assault rifle due to the fact you can only shoot 1 bullet at a time. In actuallity the ACR is MUCH better. It's more accurate and has full auto capabilities! People only use the FAL to think they are hardcore because of the fact they can bash a button fast.

Oops, I mean FAL.Although the acr is as accurate, if not more than the FAL, the acr still takes about 5-10 rounds with stopping power to kill someone, while the FAL will always kill within 3 shots.2 shots take people down in my case most of the time.
