Nice use of textures and C4Ds like usual but I think you blended the front of the shoe too much it and it looks like it was rushed at some parts. The sole on the other hand is nicely blended, the white also makes it stand out on a good way. Nice lightning on the shoe, looks slightly rushed as well. How long time did you spend on it? To me, it looks like a shoe is popping out of some hair gel or something. Again, it just doesn't work. I agree with Nadril that it would look so much better if you took out the shoe and put in a 3D abstract instead. I mean the background really looks like an abstract piece, and when you throw an object like a shoe in there, it just seems so out of place.
