I'd say you've gone down a notch..

I try to be accepting of most genres, though there is a lot of music out there that I don't understand at all. This answer's the OP's question though.

Cool.

Honestly, people don't give pop enough credit. In my opinion, the purpose of pop music is twofold: firstly, to showcase the artist's vocal talent, and secondly, to create likable, easily-relatable music through the use of catchy melodies. Taylor Swift achieves both of those quite well, and that's enough for me to find merit in her music.

Or, more simply put, her music makes me happy.

Cool.

Mostly electronic genres... Breakcore, Drum n bass/darkstep, raggajungle, darkpsy/goa, Acid, chiptune, Dubstep. Although I still enjoy a bit of Electric wizard, Acid bath & weedeater a lot. Good ole sludge/stoner metal.

I'm also quite a fan of Reggae <3:

Edit: I forgot my love for brazilian thrash, it all started with that \m/

May sound counter-intuitive but the music I listen to is the stuff my ears like. Can be any genre.

If you know what I mean.

Includes rap and angry music [rarely though]

Rock (& it's infinite amount of sub-genres), Hip Hop (mostly underground), & a few random songs here & there.

I admire Kevin Rudolf, his In the City album is like a mix of rock, hip hop & pop. Whatever you call that, I like it.

Only fear God,

Know the weapons of the weak,

The weakness of the hard.

That doesn't sound counter-intuitive to me. In fact, it sounds perfectly reasonable and it's the way I approach music too.
