Wasnt there a theory a while back that claimed that the closer you were to the combat level of the monster you were trying to get the scroll from the more likely you were to get the scroll?

April 11, 200917 yr Earth warrior, hobgoblin, and zombie, got them all in less then 500 kills of said monster. I have yet to do them because I haven't done heros, but I'll do that later day. Looking forward to my "hard earned" 3k xp. quit
