Heck, it make the people that made the new ones mad... But honestly, deep inside you, do you really think Jagex is going to take a step backwards? I do fully support you, however. Calling fishing a money-making skill would be an exaggeration. Not exactly funny, but a good quote, no doubt. Also, he probably doesn't know I stole this from him. I think they will since I think they care about their players, but when a new player starts out, he'll have the new emotes (if Jagex do the spellbook-like concept). Right-clicking for the old emote sounds much easier than going all the way to Party Pete's for emote changes. It seems annoying to right click every time for the old emotes. Ironically, the old emotes are still in some of the early quests...In ghosts ahoy, which I just recently did, the old crone uses the old dance emote to enchant the amulet of ghostspeak. So it probably wouldn't be too hard. And well worth it. Instead of old, however, how about "retro"? Sounds a lot better tbh.
