gorgoroth
Dont do Sharks. Its just a waste of money IMO. If i were you i would do Swordfish from 95 - 99. Thats what i did and i got about 160k exp an hour doing it. **Thanks to Boo_Boy666 for my amazing Singnature**[hide=Slaytanicc's Achievments]|99Cooking achieved 24Dec 2008|99Strength achieved 17Feb 2009|99Hit Points achieved 8April 2009||99Defense achieved 29May 2009|99Attack achieved 2August 2009|99Ranged achieved 14August 2009|[/hide][hide=Guides by Slaytanicc]Aviansie Maging + Ranging Guide (Must Read!!)Iron Mining + Banking GuideGreen Dragons GuideAnkou Slaying Guide[/hide]

gorgoroth
You need to cook a total of 30450 Swordfish from 95 - 99. At current price 30450 Swordies will cost about 13mil. You can sell those Swordies back for about 12mil so that leaves you with about 1mill loss **Thanks to Boo_Boy666 for my amazing Singnature**[hide=Slaytanicc's Achievments]|99Cooking achieved 24Dec 2008|99Strength achieved 17Feb 2009|99Hit Points achieved 8April 2009||99Defense achieved 29May 2009|99Attack achieved 2August 2009|99Ranged achieved 14August 2009|[/hide][hide=Guides by Slaytanicc]Aviansie Maging + Ranging Guide (Must Read!!)Iron Mining + Banking GuideGreen Dragons GuideAnkou Slaying Guide[/hide]

AnthonyWL
I started cooking to 99 at 75. I started with Lobsters untill 85. Went to Monkfish to 94 then Sharks untill 99. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE COOKING GAUNTLETS!!! This makes ALL sharks cook for a 100% success rate from 94 otherwise you will even burn Sharks at 99 without the gloves. 99 Fishing | 99 Cooking | 99 Woodcutting | | 99 Herblore | 99 Prayer | | 99 Runecrafting | 99 Fletching | 99 Hitpoints | 99 Range |Youtube: AnthonyOnRS. AxiSyn
ok guys i used lobs from 72-81 then swordies to mid way through 91, then monks to 94 and sharks all the way to 99. even then 72-91 took me 5 days and then i took a break for a couple weks then went back and got 99 in another 4 or so. costwise if you buy raw and then sell the cooked the loss isnt that bad lemme get some numbers up, sharks are not this huge loss they seem to be the raws cost more so it just looks worse then it is. costs from ge as of 2009-05-05 raw sword: 428 cooked sword: 394 loss per: 34 raw monk: 343 cooked monk: 306 loss per: 37 raw shark: 936 cooked shark: 980 each GAIN per: 44 wo look at that cooking sharks is now gaining money  though thats prolly some merch clan but wow i lost around 1mil or so on sharks soooooooo yea sharks @ 94 or just do some research Edit: of course always use the cooking gaunts, and i was working with a cash pile of maybe 4mil while i was goin for 99 form 91 so dont panic, buy for the next lv then sell etc Quest cape first Achieved 29JAN2009, Re-Achieved 15SEP2011, Cook cape Achieved 12APR2009 (Easter 2009)Strength Cape Achieved 20NOV2010Now offering assists for 97 Farming, 97 Smithing, and 97 Herblore, PM me in-game!!!Proud U.S. Navy Sailor

ultimatballr
This is a waste of money. Swordies are much slowere yes, but they dont make you lose half your money pile. Please stop saying its a waste of money.. Time is money.. people don't suggest to do Sharks unless you can accept and afford the loss anyway, this guy can't.. but should he come across money, he SHOULD do sharks. Anyone can easily get from 94-99 with sharks in 2 days time. Yes that's playing like 10 hours a day (give or take) but it extremely fast. ----------- OT: Since you have a money limit then I would agree with everyone else in saying swordies are your best bet from 95-99. Probably even from 81-99 (If you have guants).. It will be a bigger loss but you end up finishing your 99 cooking goal faster than you would have using Tunas (a hell of alot faster) so you can use the extra time saved to make back money from the loss. Apparently, my signature was to big.

Nomrombom
What you said in your last post sounds like the best bet for your requirements. Get gauntlets if you don't already have them. PM me for fitocracy invite
Declan
Do swordfish. Tunas actually wouldn't take much longer either. But Swordies is probably the best way.
Rainbow3
If swordies work as well as someone said they did, then, you could use kingdom managing to collect a good amount of the lobsters while also collecting flax, to make back the money you will lose. izakiwi2
Here's a tip you may want to try. Either collect raw manta ray from fishing trawler or buy them. Cook and sell at GE for a profit. Say buy 100 Raw Manta Ray at current max 1191 = 119,100 Cook them - burn rate is around 17% (More at lower levels - Chef's delight will help) Sell 83 Cooked Manta Ray at current max 1594 = 132,302 Profit of 13,202. Even if you sell at lowest. 83 @ 1443 = 119,769 you will still break even. Best thing is you get 216 cooking xp each. Made around 2 mil from 96 cook to 99 cooking using this method (plus cooking other stuff from kingdom etc). Happy cooking.
