Hello to anyone who comes in the thread, I'm thinking of slaying abbysal demons constantly for 14 hours.(Trying to get a dfs) Oh right, I will always be at world 76 in slayer tower O_O I recently achieved 85 Slayer. :thumbsup: (screams) I also got my whip within 600 kills =D> But I also recently got 68 Summoning =P~ So, in my crazyness, I thought of it. Not using wealth, using beserker ring. I will train on abbysal demons for 880 minutes(Using 20 bunyip pouches and 5 summoning potions + Alchemy Runes and d baxe) I'll also time myself with a timer, and I will stop it whenever I log off. I'll be doing this in a 3 day interval. with 4 hours a day.( 6/7 pouches) Please don't worry about this being bad for my health, as I will take short breaks(I will need to heal myself once in a while) Edit: Forgot some info. In the even I have to bank, I'll do so and run back.(The only reason for this is would be 20 whips, but this won't happen.Would it? :shock: ) I'm going to see how much whips+rare drops I will get in this inverval. Whats the point of runescape then lol. What I think is runescape is based on variety, yes there are goals, but we need a rainbow way to furfill our goals =) Besides, abbysal demons are eh.... 40k exp an hour is decent for me =) To anyone who wants to know... I need to kill 9,155 more demons to get 99 atk. Lol. The Tip-it mods are more than capable of policing the boards. Seems clear to me he intends this to be an experiment on the whip drop rate. (That's what the subject line says, anyway.) A while back there was a thread speculating whether the whip drop rate had been nerfed. This will be a small test of that theory. If others join, the test will be larger. I vote that we focus on posting and let the mods moderate.

So its possible that you could kill 1000 and not get a whip drop. So you can't expect to get one in 400 or even 550 for that matter. Although it would be nice to see what you come up with, it won't be enough information to find out the actual drop rate. Either way, good luck with your goal and with the whip drops.

May 11, 200917 yr First off all, good luck with this! You will be scared how fast killing abyssal demons gets boring. Also don't just go for the whips cause its pretty random, I've had dry streaks for 12+ tasks in row and I've gotting tasks with 2 whips in 1 task. Its all random. Again, good luck, but don't get crazy. - I'm not proud of everything I've done, but I have no regrets
