Step 3: if friend says yes, ask what time and date they want to 'hang out'

So the place I work at does direct deposits for paychecks. I'm fine with that and all, but they're supposed to pay ever two weeks. I've been there for over three weeks. I spoke to my manager and he said that the money should have already been deposited. It hasn't. What do?

If it's like most other places, they pay in 2 week periods. Most places here keep the first week's pay and add it in with the next check. That way, 2 weeks after you quit/get fired/leave for whatever reason, you'll get a check.

Yes. Unless there was a problem with the bank or they actually didn't sent it through. I'd give it another 5 days max then go talk with both the manager/bank.

 

E: Unless they're weird and pay on a month basis. I haven't heard of this but at like one local company though.
