I swear, it's because of the Chinese martial arts movies I've been watching. It isn't my fault.

So do you guys think the noodles in top ramen are healthy by themselves (without the seasoning)?

 

Or are they different than other dried noodles that you buy in the store?

I think with out the seasoning is a more healthier step.

But there are even healthier alternatives.

Do you mean when it comes to cooking noodles? Cause I want noodles, heh, but I don't want to make a whole package of spaghetti noodles.

Oh, just the dry noodles? Uh, I don't know. But it's just a fact that cooked food = more calories.
