Bit too little sleep = Drowsy all day

Right amount of sleep = Maximum performance/awakeness achieved

Bit too much sleep = Drowsy all day

Way too much sleep = Fine once I fully wake up

 

I don't know the hours on those though, right amount is 7-8.5 for me though. Bit too little is probably the 5-6s, way too little is any less, bit too much is probably 9.5, way too much 11+

At my high school, we really don't have social groups except for maybe grade level groups, since most people generally hang with people in their grade.

I mix with many different cliques, I guess I'll call them that.

 

Also, I didn't get to play badminton because I almost passed out during my gym teacher's intro. I still feel slightly light headed. I don't know if I 'll go to school tomorrow.
