Maybe the person typed this from a portable device such as the PSP? If I am on my PSP or my phone I use periods a lot less than on my pc. I really don't see how that is a good reason to avoid periods... I don't have a PSP, or a phone, but when I do use my sister's phone I use punctuation as I would with my computer. Seeing as the comma and period are right next to each other on the keyboard, Im pretty sure they are grouped on portable devices. And even still, when Im texting, I capitalize every word thats suppose to be, use commas, and periods. Even apostrophes sometimes. And Im limited to 160 letters. There are Partyhats, Santa hats, and more, in F2P. Jagex wasn't making any money from all of this RWT from what you call "Buying members to get rares" or something like that.
