Though really, it is only seen through stupid manipulations of timezones, meaning he would be born on both New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, if you get me. My cousin was born in '92, and he is still 4. Figure it out, not too hard :P EDIT: Actually, im not too sure of the year he was born, coulda been '91. Either way, he's the same age. I certainly hope he gets a lot of presents every 4 years :
