I was just thinking which 99's i could get with 30m, since i want a new cape(skilling cape)...but don't tell fm, cook & fletch please :D

 

If i can use sc tools or something that makes it cost less tell please.

You can get all the non-combat 99's for under 30M except for construction and herblore. SC tools where possible, and for many of them you will have to do them a slightly slower method than normal.

You most certainly can get 99 herblore for less than 30m. You could even make money. But it will take ages.

Im pretty sure you can get all 99's with 0 money, its just that the more money you have the faster you get 99. You could even get 99 cons, but you'd probably end up having to make your own planks or something to offset the high cost

I REALLY hope you don't mean from Farming. If so, you're making money from the farming and not from the herblore.

Crafting is pretty cheap if u tan your own hides and use sc needles.

Crafting and smithing with SC tools cost about 40m each.

I dunno, my friend Pret got 99 crafting with 15-ish Mill making "Something". from what I heard (rumor), Black Dragon Hides + SC Needle is apparently 1000exp from 1.7k per hide. I'll just check it though.

 

 

 

 

 

EDIT: Didnt think so but the exp is still pritty good: at 84 with each Black Dragonhide Body made, its 516exp, 1000 of those and its half a million exp for 3.1k per. Which is roughly 6.2m per 1m exp. Not too shabby depending on your wallet size.
