I used to always do the Normal ones (the ones in the Slayer Tower), but I just started killing the Mutated ones. I like them more cuz nobody is ever there, and they have more HP.

 

 

 

Oh, and in case you don't know - the Mutated ones are lvls 126 and 146 and located east of the blood altar.

 

 

 

 

 

Edit: This is really random but just so you know, Mutated Bloodvelds drop Raw Cave Eels so it's good to bringa Bunyip and Swallow Whole Scrolls so you can eat them :D.

well up untill that blood altar quest I just did normal bloodvelds ofc, but since then I didn't train slayer much.... but I should get my lazy [wagon] and research more on those muted bloodvelds..

Depends, i'll cannon the regular ones if i'm looking to get the task over and done with fast, but the mutated ones if i've got some spare cash at the time and want to spend some extra time.

Have tried Cannoning Mutated, but i like killing normals more as that goes fast too and great experience.

I used to kill the normal ones but it was always crowded and the drops were pretty boring as well. So a couple of days ago i spent half the day doing quests so i could get to them. Now i can get 30k slayer xp in around half an hour cannoning the mutated ones. Drops are much better as well :thumbup:
