A decent way to learn is to fight friends in the Duel Arena, with food, just like a real PK match. Yes you lose money, but not as much as dying with a full outfit. That's for low lvls. it works for mid levels up to the mid-upper 90s as well. But it's the same concept for any level... use a fast attack and switch to a slow heavy one for the ko...
