A lot of people I know of have high farming and practice it as a hobby, but I never hear them mention doing anything else. I've always wondered, how do most people get their seeds they use for farming?

This here is the most common way to get the seeds. I get a few seeds from slaying, mostly herb seed. You can also get a small amount of seeds from MTK.

i train my melee stats on pirates cove and i seem to get tons of seeds training there moss giants there drop them lvl 48 with 80 sumthin hp =]

Lower level thieves (and me) thieve master farmers. They give all kinds af allotment seeds, herb seeds, and flower seeds.

keep doing slayer and you will get seeds to start off your farming skill

I like to get my ranarr, snapdragon, and watermelon/strawberry seeds by killing monsters and thieving master farmers, and then buy the rest (kwuarm and tree). Moss giants and earth warriors are pretty good for getting herb seeds, and are very low risk to kill.

 

 

 

For thieving master farmers, my favorite method is to fill my inventory with 1 of each herb seed I want (ranarr, kwuarm, snapdragon, lantadyme, dwarf weed, torstol), 1 of each allotment & bush seed I want (sweetcorn, strawberry, watermelon, poison ivy), a limpwurt seed, and the rest with the most commonly thieved seeds (potato, onion, tomato, all other low level hops/bush/herb/flower seeds), and take a bunyip. Then just click away!
