I really need to get a skill level 99 so I want to get 99 strength before the end of the summer. Right now I have 93 and I was wondering what is the fastest way I could get 99 strength and what armour/wepons would I need. If possible I would also like to be able to make some money.

Why do you need a 99? Noone needs a 99. And if you need a 99, why strength of all?

I'm 111 with no skillcape and I don't care a single bit. If ur just getting a cape for respect, I don't think strip is the way to go. When I see pol lower than me with untrimmed/trimmed fletching/capes, more often than not I think of all the time they wasted, and not respect.

Armored zombies are the most efficient. It'll take longer though.

 

Otherwise zombie monkeys, but they cost money. (not much though) there are many guides to that.
