Right now I have 93 and I was wondering what is the fastest way I could get 99 strength and what armour/wepons would I need. If possible I would also like to be able to make some money. If ur just getting a cape for respect, I don't think strip is the way to go. When I see pol lower than me with untrimmed/trimmed fletching/capes, more often than not I think of all the time they wasted, and not respect.
