Alright, so here's the treaty on Azores:

 

 

 

1. The Azores islands will be completely neutral ground, not owned or claimable by any nation that signs.

 

2. The research that takes place cannot be military oriented.

 

3. The islands will be completely demilitarized, with no military vessels/aircraft/personnel allowed on or within 10 miles of the islands.

 

4. The Islands will have its own security force, made up of native residents of the islands

 

5. No stealing research/projects or withholding research that is being done or has been completed on the islands. If these are broken, then every country gains Casus Belli on the country that broke this.

 

 

 

Research will progress at a much more rapid pace, due to the collaboration of many different nations and perhaps super-powers. How each nations decides how to apply the research is up to them (give to only the rich, sell at extortionist prices, give to everyone, etc), but cost should be calculated; eg. you can't realisticly give a drug that costs 10 million a dose to everyone in your country, or you would go bankrupt.

I'll send a few scientists there. I've been wanting to look into establishing colonies on Antarctica or on some extraterrestrial moon/planet. I thought about creating biodomes on Antarctica, which can serve as refugee colonies during the outbreak of a war or natural disaster. (I'm not sure if this is too much like terraforming.) The biodomes can protect humans from the harsh weather on Antarctica and make a comfortable environment. Basically, cities can be built inside these things and artificial lighting can be built in the domes, to serve as the sun since Antarctica has many days in which the sun isn't showing.

Update: Bulgaria's colony on Mars is doing well, and off to a steady start. Research continues on a classified medical technology, and shuttles are currently being built for transportation to and from Mars. Proposing to research better thrusters soon.

Update: Bulgaria's colony on Mars is doing well, and off to a steady start. Research continues on a classified medical technology, and shuttles are currently being built for transportation to and from Mars. Proposing to research better thrusters soon.

We started off with a bunch of seperate plans to build a colony each ("We" being Me, Doom and Indy)

 

And decided it would be much easier if we all worked together on one colony, allowing more money to be put in, and more progress made.

 

 

 

The colony is fully set up, and we are currently in the final steps of terraformation (Plants and creatures).

 

 

 

 

 

Also, I have decided upon my new kingdom name being taken from the name of the ancient Greek god of the sky and the heavens.

 

Thus: The Kingdom of Aether.

The Kingdom of Jerusalem is working on developing a better military program which will be more efficient and cheaper as the current one was becoming too expensive. My official number for Raptors is now 150. Our newer nuclear powered submarines are now complete and fully operation. I'm also working with Syria diplomatically for that they can join the Kingdom. However, Iraq once to battle it out...so I will handle them. Should be soon, I own Iraq.

I have created an unofficial map which shows the land in North America that can potentially be claimed by the four countries. We just need a mutual agreement. We can also create some sort of Union that allows for a peace treaty and free trade if necessary.

I don't really get why the t4r get's the arctic islands. Quebec doesn't want to be part of canada anyway, so that makes sense.

 

T4r's logic behind why he has a claim to them is because he has greenland. That's like saying I have a claim to my neighbours hous because i live next to them. I think either brittania gets all of british canada, or t4r does, not split it. And alaska either is destroyed or joins with whoever has cananda.

Whatever. I'll just start sending people onto the islands, and in a few years they'll be mine anyways. I figured this was a way for everyone to be happy, since the arctic isles are mostly useless and unpopulated anyways. But fine, I'll just send some more troops in *sigh*

I am only not concerned about who owns the Arctic isles because it already has a low population, if any. My main concern would be controlling mainland British Canada (including Nova Scotia and Newfoundland). Alaska isn't something that I can't live without, so I'll give Walka a chance to claim Alaska if he wants it, but nothing past that. If he doesn't want it, I'll go ahead and annex it into British Canada.

 

 

 

We could work out some official treaty, but I won't budge on the land that I've already claimed. I've also thought about forming some sort of North American Union that establishes peace between the nations involved and calls for free trade and humanitarian aid. I think it's a good idea, but I'm not sure if anyone wants it or not.

 

 

 

I'm going to go ahead and upload the map that shows the 4-party claim to northern North America. If we make an agreement on something later, I can make any necessary adjustments (although I think the map will stay basically the same).

Or you know, you could have people trained in the use of it that actually know how to make split second tactical decisions, and considering they're controlling multi-billion dollar stuff, they'll probably explode from the pressure, and they'd actually be killing people. Great way to raise children.
