I wouldn't recommend any European country to be honest. You'll just get oened by the Fourth Riech (Germany/Russia).

I guess since you no longer have luxembourg, that wouldn't be your capital country, so you could pick one of the countries you have to be your temporary capital, I think. I'm just making stuff up here, as the rules aren't that specific.

Actually, you would be taking it from me. However, I can basically help you out if you'd like and help you get a country started. I think these are probably the best that are up for grabs: Japan, Italy, India , and South Africa (I think). The person that owned Holland has gotten a ban (I think perm), so it might be up for grabs too.

Oh and I keep forgetting to mention, I own the Congo now, however all of my African colonies (including Congo) are partially owned by Brazil for the time being. If there's a way to signify that on the map, that'd be good.

Well Scotland is occupied by someone, but they started in Ireland so technically any new person could take it (as with all secondary+countries). But with some open space left (including some interesting countries to use) I would suggest choosing a different one.

 

 

 

You can also add Norway (me) and Finland (hedgehog1) to the list of capital countries that cannot be taken.

South africa posts every couple of days, so I think he's still in. Japan hasn't posted on tif at all in a while, so they might have gone on vacation. India has pretty much said they lost interest, and I pmed them earlier so we'll hear from them soon probably, about whether or not they want to stay or don't car.

When luxembourg was fighting throughout Europe, they recovered a mostly intact exosuit from a fallen russian (or german with russian suit), and they gave it to me for research.

 

If I were to try to reverse engineer it or whatever, you've done something that would make that impossible right? Just asking so I don't go against something you've done.

also, the russian space program has sent its first modern rocket into orbit, carrying parts to my new space station and deepspace ship construction area. the space station is expected to be finished in 3 years from now, and the ship completed years later. at that point we will begin to stock up supplies for the trip. we will also creatre refulling stations deeper in space in order to sustain sustinance for those on board the ship. we will send relays of shuttles/pods to refuel the refueling station and then send another to take fuel to one, refueling at others on the way and then delivering its payload at the next one, etc, until every refueling station is full, at which point the ship will be sent into deep space

Well, that's the research that is being worked on in Haven. Up to you whether or not you want to send your scientists there to speed along the research. Breakthroughs made on Haven won't be available to nations that didn't commit anything to their research, though.

The Hegemony said you can't take land that is already occupied by another person if you're new. He wanted us to be slow with our conquering in case another person wanted to join and take a specific country, but there's nothing in the rules that everything is available except capital countries.

 

 

 

So no, no one can come in and take a land of the forth reich or china; sorry. First come, first serve.

The same agricultural research that was done in former Israel is now being done in China. We're looking for a way to feed the really poor people who live in villages in China and don't have the money to get to the cities.
