Not to mention the unfairness of the fact that the total of the moon cannot be prevented by anyone. Any surprise attack would allow Arch to make adjustments and plan it out.

It's God sent to chastise the people of Earth!

The reason Ross is not against it is because he has no interest in Earth.

1. Standard model?!?

2. Warp drives only destroy the ship when it is near a gravity well.

3. They are normal techs that can be used in greater numbers and thus are not comparable to a near impenetrable hull that makes supermines when hitting objects.

4. I said research, not personal thinking. You do know we have to research stuff ingame too, righ?

5. You have Ross as neutral and had Retech on your side when you started with it, that is hardly a majority.

But I'm not on his side. Keep in mind that I'm against all superweapons, as they are generally used to threaten me to get the hell off Earth. Also, this game is about negotiating, it's much more fun when war resolves itself after everyone is dead.

World War 2 only taught us a lesson because it showed that only by working together can the world solve its problems.

1. Theory that gives us the Higgs Boson and such

2. The whole Grim thing that happened a few days ago...You know the 'I am going to fire my ship at a planet'

3. Haha, yes, well as I said at the time and since you are taking my argument out of context. Anyone with half a brain stem will realize that was sarcasm, and I am sure you do realize that, you are just trying to be difficult.

4. Yes, something like Cold Fusion, takes ages because we have no idea how to do it. Quark Fusion takes 5 minutes because we know how to do it....Kinda like working out a clock works.

5. Exactly, the two most unbiased players(Me and Ross) are happy with it, therefore it is fine.

Further there are always defenses, and its not like I am just gonna pop up and blow the moon up(Even with my ultimate ships the Earth defenses would probably blow me apart), there will be a whole process.

I am entirely open to scrutiny.

Anyway the general idea is for people to resolve the issues and in the future engage with smaller, realistic armies, not 50 million a turn.

Well I knew you wouldn't agree. I know how you hate facing facts.

1. Higgs Boson is the only standard model particle so far unobserved and is not used in any tech here.

2. I believe that was not using a warp drive to propell into the planet(although I have not seen that post).

3. I am the one keeping on topic here, you however start mixing things in that has is logical comparisdue to it's context or even existance in this game.

5. Ok, you have ten minutes; tell me exactly how to create the electron thingamajigies, the strange matter, how to make it into a ships hull and how to do so without ruining your entire planet in the process.

1. Point is that Theories can be wrong as well as right.

2. The point is that anything can be used as a superweapon

3. Fair enough

4. You missed out 4.

5. Well basically you workout the frequency to destabilize the matter in Tungsten. Then you place some Tungsten in some Gold Plate, then you bombard the object with the frequency. Then you have strange matter. You then use an electron lattice, which is basic a sheet of electrons, which have been created by the over-application of positive ions to a material. The electron sheet is manipulated using pulsed currents. All of this is done in space.

See, very simple.

How many roads must a man walk down,

Before you call him a man?

How many seas must a white dove sail,

Before she sleeps in the sand?

How many times must cannonballs fly,

Before they're forever banned?

The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind

The answer is blowin' in the wind

How many years can a mountain exist,

Before it's washed to the sea

How many years can people exist,

Before they're allowed to be free?

How many times can a man turn his head,

And the pretend that he just doesn't see?

The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind

The answer is blowin' in the wind.

How many times must a man look up,

Before he sees the sky?

How many ears must one man have,

Before he can hear people cry?

How many deaths will it take till he knows

That too many people have died?

The answer, my friends, is blowin' in the wind

The answer is blowin' in the wind

Well I knew you wouldn't agree. I know how you hate facing facts.

Archi, I believe that I may be willing to accept your terms. Our intellectuals believe that it is better for humanity if we go ahead and call the truce. However, we still desire land on Earth in order to use the land for research in the future.

We also wouldn't mind transportation to our space colonies, but we aren't moving everyone just yet. We would like the System of Free Worlds to negotiate a truce between both sides in this conflict so that peace may be obtained.

:wall:

And all that probably had taken at least twenty years to do, if you were correct.

-Figguring out the destabilization frequency of a material would take years, and it would have even if you didn't even have to worry about what kind of energy that had to be at that frequence.

-If a material was to destabilize it would only start in a neuclear decay or just simply turn into it's base atoms.

-You do not make pure electrons by adding protons.

-You cannot use pure energy(which doesn't exist) as a manner of moving electrons.

Well our intellectuals believe that for the betterment of humanity, truce be negotiated on the premise of equality and not a threat. :P

Also noting, that I did not state that Ross was unbiased. He is entirely biased in a way, as he has nothing to lose. Sometimes, philosophy triumphs over common sense when the person trumpeting philosiphy has nothing to lose in the matter.

The following systems will be colonized by Lichtes colonists as the empire has decided to expand through peaceful means. If you have any objection to any of the planets being colonized, please post specifically which planets you object to, and why. I will edit it if there is even a remotely good reason.

Thank you Mather! I look forward to free trade between our merchants, if not our nations themselves.

I will not be fully colonizing, but sending researchers there to understand the effects of low temperatures in the air (as opposed to the already known effects in the water).

Ross, do you consider that a colony or not?

Ross, do you consider that a colony or not?

That would be a research colony, like those we have in Antarctica IRL.

But I could provide you with shield emitters alowing you to make full-scale cities without having to concern for your people freezing to death.

I'm asking about the colony thing mainly because Ross threatened to blow up my colonies as they appeared if I had too many.

The colonies would cost you about 10 b to make if those are what you mean.

And I decided not to put shield emmiters on the trade list because I didn't want them to end in the wrong hands, but I could send you enough for ten large cities for free as a token of my hope to one day have you as my ally or trade partner.

In other news, scientists are trying to bio-engineer a new tree species. The tree will have brilliant silver-toned leaves and a snow-white trunk. The tree will also give off a pale white fluorescence when it is dark. It is also being speculated that scientists can allow the tree to bear a new type of exotic fruit. More information will be revealed as research progresses.
