5. Well basically you workout the frequency to destabilize the matter in Tungsten. Then you place some Tungsten in some Gold Plate, then you bombard the object with the frequency. Archi, I believe that I may be willing to accept your terms. Our intellectuals believe that it is better for humanity if we go ahead and call the truce. However, we still desire land on Earth in order to use the land for research in the future.

 

We also wouldn't mind transportation to our space colonies, but we aren't moving everyone just yet. We would like the System of Free Worlds to negotiate a truce between both sides in this conflict so that peace may be obtained.

And all that probably had taken at least twenty years to do, if you were correct.

-Figguring out the destabilization frequency of a material would take years, and it would have even if you didn't even have to worry about what kind of energy that had to be at that frequence.

-If a material was to destabilize it would only start in a neuclear decay or just simply turn into it's base atoms.

-You do not make pure electrons by adding protons.
