Can I just say all of my people were moved to Harakkis? I'd rather play this game completely interstellar rather than sit and wait for 40 years before I have enough manpower to do stuff in space. And it's not godmodding, because it doesn't give me a significant advantage.

My Earth land will be uninhabited in about 25 years, the only people who love there will be government officials who run the Empire in a deep underground bunker, just south of *transmission ends*

 

So, these 200 or so people take up the 32nd largest country on Earth?

 

How about this, just pick a spot where they can govern from. Either in Nigeria or somewhere else, it doesn't really matter. Saying you're holding that much land with so little people (who are underground in a bunker no less) is ridiculous.
