The ships has been self destructed. It was a [bleep]ing threat that I had hoped I would not have to follow through on. I used that tactic to try to reduce blood shed on both sides as if you simply moved out it would mean far less people (or lichten) dying.

I just said that I was sacrificing another ship to take care of the mess... Also the shards wouldnt be going at warp because the warp drive would have self destructed. Just pointing out a few things there.

The point is that you using a relativistic weapon has dire consequences. But yeah, Grim sacrifices another carrier to prevent the effects from taking place. All things turned out right in the end...well except for both of Grim's ships...and a few billion tonnes of waterfruit...but anyway.
