Well there was something like 50+ million troops in Russia, mostly Russians, fighting to reclaim the land they have lost so that is not so much an issue. Also the 38 million that died in defense of Britain.... Well its not like he could avoid them. Sere has been a constant advocate of peace, it is simple that Dusty and Doom don't seem to be willing to stop the war...and who can really blame them. The war is currently going rather well for them. America has been completely unaffected by the war, only something like 400,000 Brazillian troops have died, the rest being Germania and Militia. As for Germania it still has something like 3/5ths of its armed forces. Britannia seems to have been mainly a draft army, and a drone army, since the draft now is beginning to run out, and the drone reinforcements were destroyed the situation is getting pretty dire. Unless the NWO splinters and tries to make separate peace I can't see the war ended well for any one except Brazil. With Germania the long term winner.

Not to diss the NWO, but boy I would love it if the NWO was forced to split apart after this war. Would make the game like 10x more interesting.

I wouldnt mind it if there was no more super powers but that does not seem to be a likely outcome. If there were just a few super powers then the game would be less interesting because the majority of land would not be used for fighting.

Depends, if all the forces in the NWO were given to some pyriah state before breaking up and then that state used everything to destroy Germania and Brazil the super power system would probably breakdown.

There's a mountainous planet near Zhoreuc called Qyella. I originally colonized it for a few years, but then we were going to have that massive war, so I decided not to.

Then we didn't have that war, and I was considering colonizing it again, but then we're having this war now so I didn't.

Yeah. So I don't think there's anyone on there.

If it matters, the mountains are like the Andes, I think.

If I had to you could try sharing possibly the most heavily defended planet (aside from earth) it is the earth like planet in the eresu system.

Qyella sems like a good choice, with its proximity to Zhoreuc. Now just how mountainous is mountainous? I'm not too familiar with the Andes, but if the whole planet looks like a giant mountain range, I may have to reconsider.

I think doom said there's some flat land. Just not as much as on Earth. I don't know about oceans though.

There's another rocky planet in the system called Uridio Set, so you can do a roll for that/just give it whatever characteristics you want within boundaries.

Edit: With the morning lecture finished I can safely approach writing a slightly better explaination.

 

I have two essays due in on monday and thursday. For which I have done virtually no preperation. Usually this would not be a problem because I know what I am talking about, but they want me to referance so it means I have to go and find a bunch of books, all of which will probably be in the hands of people who do not know the subject, read bits of them and then turn that into two essays.

Which I can do, that is not really a problem. The problem is that about 60% of my free time is currently spent on Hegemony. At least 3 hours a day is spent working out the combat and writing the report. Probably another 3 is spent discussing various issues with people. Thus six hours a day is consummed by Hegemony, this is in addition to usually three to eight hours of lectures(and walking to and from) and about two hours day to day things. So at the height I am spending 16 hours of my day with all of that. Then given that me attempting to do my reading and essay writing would take another three to five hours a day I am left with 3-5 hours to sleep.

Which is fine to do occationally but things have got to the stage where I need to spend five hours a day on essays, and me surviving on 21 hours of sleep a week, out of the 56 I should cannot be healthy.

Thus I am going to have to give up hegemony in the short term, at least until my essays are written. Dependant on how easy the information is to access this could be this Sunday or it could be next Sunday. I have lectures in the morning and lectures in the afternoon today so I am squeezing in my essay writing after this, when I get home tonight, roughly 5 hours away, I am going to be trying to catch up on my sleep, of which I have had 3-4 hours total for the past 64. Suffice to say that my brain is running on empty at the moment, which is not terribly conducive to essay writing but walking home(1 hour), sleeping for an hour then walk back(1 hour) does not seem particularly efficent.

 

But anyway I am going to try to ignore Hegemony otherwise I will get drawn into it again, which I cannot really afford to do. If there is something you urgently want to discuss, like you have appointed a new Judge and want me to give them all my stuff then go on my profile and send me a direct email, and I shall try to do that when I can.

Oh and if you are wondering why you shouldn't attack me, I have orbital defence cannons that would hit your transports out of the sky, and the surviving troops would be cut down. Then, I would massacre your colonised world. :mrgreen:

New colonies cost a ton, and your budget would probably be in the negatives if you do that.

I'd go with 1-2 more, 4 if you want to push it.
