10% str prayer while slaying?

Using piety throughout slayer is a rare practise used by some rich slayers. You can use 10% if you want if your happy to lose an extra 20k-30k per task.

I will sometimes use the 10% prayer on some tasks, 2 prayer pots per regular task should suffice as long as you turn it off when your not attacking something. Test out how long you can last between full prayer and 0 prayer with just the 10% prayer on and how many kills it can get you to work out how much it would cost you.

thanks im going to test it on a few tasks if the cost is minimal and ive been useing super attack/str pots from like 50 slayer

 

i just want to try speed up some tasks as im only 900k from my goal of 90 slayer

5% Str pray is considered useless (I consider it useless) because its never guaranteed to actually increase your max hit, at certain str levels your max hit will not go up with that prayer...

 

 

 

As for 5% range pray... No its not the same, it may not increase your range max hit, but it will increase your range accuracy.

I would say its worth it, especially if you have an sgs, I use verac skirt and prossy top along with my sgs specials and usually dont use more than 1 ppot per task

In short, everyone should use 10%, and use piety if you value time at more than like 600k

 

 

 

I personally used piety on tasks where the extra attack and/or def are really needed, like abyssals and waterfiends
