Ipod are the best looking (simplicity > *) and best controls with the wheel. Most people like me don't really give a damn about if something has 5% better sound quality. Kwisatz Posted January 12, 2006 Share Posted January 12, 2006 The iPod video is pretty sweet from what I've seen of it, but the things that bother me about it: -2 hour battery life -Have to convert movies -The clickwheel, which I never liked, now lost the raised button -They freeze up sometimes And, I was looking at this, and it's theoretically better than the iPod, but it's way thicker and apparently has an issue audio quality, so that's sunk until they fix it. So I'm torn right now between the iPod and Zen Vision for my next MP3 player. handed me TWO tissues to clear up. I have an iPod video, the battery life does suck, converting videos isn't so much a problem unless with wmv, with the Zen vision reads. That post corresponds to my opinions on runescape players and tip.it general rs community :lol: Back on topic: I have a black iPod nano, and I love totally it, not like I dance while listening to it at the street... And come on, what can be more nice looking than a BLACK iPod??? It's that what holds people's minds and wallets on iPods, their design is perfect, it's one of the most beautiful objects ever *mass*-produced by man, and it aswell has a function, it gives me nice music where ever I am! Kwisatz Posted January 19, 2006 Share Posted January 19, 2006 Just FYI, I ordered my Zen Vision:M and it's coming tomorrow (hopefully). I'll go over to my friend's house and try to get some photos of side-by-side comparisons. I also realized something - if you carry around the dongle with you for video with the Vision:M, you can just load all of your DVDs onto it, in full resolution, and output them at full resolution to a TV. Figure in about 2GB per DVD, and that's maybe 10 movies plus 10 GB of music...sweetness! All my favorite films with me wherever I go, plus my music... handed me TWO tissues to clear up.
