[DevBlog] Distractions & Diversions: Court Cases

Featured Replies

Well since no oneelse has said it, I guess it's up to me...

Now I'll get to take Klarense (the guy from Dragon Slayer) to court for stealing my boat...

Boats are used for...

SAILING!!!!!@@@@@@@@!!!!!!!!

But seriously, I'm looking forward to taking Mollys sister to court and giving her the freaking chair.

Thats got old now, and that one doesn't even work that well.

As you talk of taking people to court, when clearly the premise of this matches Kings Ransom ergo you're acting as a prosecuting or defending lawyer. Not actually taking ppl to court.

Plus that boat has no omg sailing references to it as we had to get Ned to sail it for us.

Party pooper <_<

And the only reason we had to get ned to sail for us is because we didn't have the required level :P

Though there's no need to reply so seriously to what was obviously a light-hearted post...

give F2P a penny and they want a dime; give P2P a quarter, they want 100,000 dollars, your car, house, boat, social security number, credit card numbers, drivers license, clothes on your back and everything you ever owned or interacted with ever

I only reply seriously because its a moronic chant that clearly has past its sell by date, hence it hasn't appeared on threads for a good week or 2

Well, there were courts in Medieval Europe so the concept of a court and a trial shouldn't be a problem for anyone who thinks RS exists in that bit of spacetime. Those Medieval courts tried pigs and cows etc. so a penguin trial shouldn't be pushing too much either... I bet they would have tried penguins if they could find one. ;)

Personally, I still owe that level6 mugger for killing me on my first day in RS - I'm going to throw the book at him.

Well that's... interesting, unexpected...

We'll just have to see how it turns out. If it pleases MMG then it must have some sort of fun aspect to it.

By popular demand, this signature is back- however I currently do not have a blog up at the moment and if I did I wouldn't update it. Sorry, the sig links to nowhere :( .

I'm so going to sue The wise old man for his phat.

You will have to get past me first!

Ah, this post prompted me to look up some court humor  .

* Lawyer: "Do you know how far pregnant you are now?"

* Witness: "I'll be three months on November 8."

* Lawyer: "Apparently, then, the date of conception was August 8?"

* Witness: "Yes."

* Lawyer: "What were you doing at that time?"

Anyways, sounds like an interesting D&D, probably will rotate less since it varies more week to week than others (I.E needing a different plot each time).

I think they must ask questions that have a direct answer. Like above, she has to say it herself for it to count. I'm not a lawyer though, so please, do prove me wrong,

That only humourous without context of the trial or where it went afterwards,

What were you doing at the time clearly relates to work, rather than how she got pregnant
