Ooh, the 3 drones I have at the moment have 5/3/2 then.

WIth the extra credits I should have got for the last two days I create 1 drone with a sonic cannon and Riot shield.

 

the 3 drones with plasma cutters and 1 with a sonic cannon are being sent to the flooded room. They will not use the airlock, so the water will be drained (Major flaw in Retechs plan).

They will then maintain a defensive position at the end of the hallway, with the 3 with riot shields cutting down those that approach and the sonic cannon being used to pick them off from afar.

Alright, I get 540 credits again. Once again, spending 50 on food and 80 to maintain the flame barriers. So I have 490 left, and 730 in storage. I pay 200 to Mather to let me use some of his tech rooms, so I now have 1020 credits in total. I buy an oiled sword and 3 flares and give them to Pyronites. I now have 1 Flame-Sword Pyronite, 4 Flare Pyronites, and 195 normal population. I'm left with 30 credits, which go into storage.

 

(Do barrier maintenance costs come out of the 120 I can spend per turn in my lab?)

Ross, the water is held in by a force field, not an airlock. If you disabled the force field, your drones would be killed, since basically they have no where to go (except out of the deck).

 

Dusty is a good ally, I'm happy to be serving under him.

Nah barrier costs come out of your overal budget...only stuff you need to make(not including food) comes out of your blue room budget.

 

Ok then, here goes nothing. Since Dusty is effectively trapped down on G Deck I am gonna attack E Deck.

 

I am gonna to send my 18 drones up via the north east turbo lift and engage the turret there. Since my people are effectively rangeless they will suffer double damage from the 4 cannons for 1 round. So 6 per turret, that is 24 overall, so 6 of my drones are killed.

I then setup two crosshatched forcfields to prevent further turrent intervention, as well as destroying 1 turret, rendering it inoperable.

I then bring up 160 of my Homo Deus and assign them to take control of the rooms around the area. I will set up a further 11 forcefields to protect my units from turret fire. Since the area is basically defenceless because of Dusty's 100 drone attack on G Deck, my 160 + 12 drones(A combined total of 208) should be able to slaughter any resistance they encounter during the fight, which should only amount to 200, at the most.

 

I am calling on anyone and everyone to assist me in stopping the relentless march of the Sub-Human Alliance which has been formed! The rooms captured will be dealt out in the factions who are willing to stand against their tyranny!

PS: Rocco, if I keep hold of Dusy's rooms then I am happy to withdraw from F Deck. If you wish to speed this process I suggest that you provide aid in keeping Dusty under control.

Anyways Archi, this started as a peacekeeping mission. Apparantly, it's lead to an even larger war.

Also, you shouldn't change those rooms to yours until you hear Dusty's response. Even though you should be able to slaughter any resistance, it doesn't mean that you can edit it straight away.

The strange thing is that whenever I'm around, there's a war. Of course, unlike Hegemony, my motive is for everyone to survive to Alpha Centauri, but still, there's always a war.

Also, you shouldn't change those rooms to yours until you hear Dusty's response. Even though you should be able to slaughter any resistance, it doesn't mean that you can edit it straight away.

Its more to prevent people assuming I am only invading 1 or 2 rooms, and so show the forcefield grid.

We are afraid that it is too late for peacekeeping. We need these rooms or we face a war with Rocco, and since we need more allies than we need enemies we shall continue the war in the most peaceful manner possible.

Maybe we should make some sort of symbol for an attack, like a small red X or something.

 

Anyways, continuing my original statement, I call on everyone to return rooms to their previous owners (Deck E back to Dusty and Deck G back to Archi. War doesn't help anything, and it'll just lead to suffering.

Archi, I'm sure Dusty would stop if you gave him his rooms back. He'd probaly give your room back to you as well.
