December 30, 200916 yr Finally got 99 Summoning. I gathered most of my charms through Slaying but for the last 650k I killed Watefiends in the Chaos Tunnel. :thumbup: Awesome Crimsons there.Not sure how much it cost me, but i'm guessing somewhere 50-70mRate/10 :grin:
