I separate the steel orbs into small razorblades of steel, and send them in a rapid orbit, slicing at the demons on my body and the ones approaching. I also use stone spikes to impale them and my broadsword to slash them.

"Well that's great then. A word of advice, watch your step."

 

Before you can respond, you fall unconcious again and you appear in a windswept plain. Unfortunately, you don't wake up fast enough, and you start to be blown down the hill, tumbling and tumbling down towards the ravine.

 

-Earth

 

Each of the tablets has a little picture on them. You see a golem lying on its back, a golem smashing a city, a golem disintigrating, a golem cracking in two down the middle, and a golem cracking at its waist. You also see a golem moving forwards, backwards, and side to side.

 

-Nex

 

You feel a strange feeling in your forehead, preventing you from casting your spells. You manage to slash the demons attached to your head, allowing you to cast spells again, but more keep coming, covering your entire lower body and most of your upper body.

 

-Hakon

 

The ledge starts to shake and slants down towards the gap. You barely hang on to the fifth lever, using it to support you.

Grim uses geomancy to catch himself and looks for nex. While he goes he puts cold fire plugs in his ears and attempts to create a sword made with a hilt made out of cold fire and a blade made out of condensed abyssal fire.

I slash the demons off my head, running towards the fire. Any opportunity I have I use to slash at the demons with orb shards.

You manage to slash the demons off your head, but you trip and fall from the weight of the remaining demons. You begin to feel lifeless and weak.
