Geomancy IS earth magic

Not according to Archi, just read my stats. I knew that geo = rock and -mancy = -magic.

Put why is pyrokineses called pyrokineses and not pyromancy, while necromancy and geomancy are named correctly?

 

Also ross, can I get my results?

Basically, I'm hoping I can get Archi to explain it all to me by like 1:00 AM, so he can regain a regular sleep pattern, and then I can take over until like 9:00 AM, since SLEEP IS FOR THE WEAK. Ahem, sorry about that. Then I'll try to run it tommorow night and the day after, at which point Archi might want to split the load, or I'll have made a tragic mess of it and everything will be sad. Then again, as Archi said, he still has all his original records, so if the need arises, we can all ping back to that point in time (A rollback, basically)

I'm pretty sure Earth magic and Geomancy should be the same thing.

 

And I don't really know why the name of pyro[whatever] matters, you understand that it is manipulating fire, and there aren't any duplicates of it which have some supposed difference.

I think that Ross should be able to roll for himself, on the condition that he doesn't find anything or do anything too powerful. For example, summoning a billion elementals. But he would be able to do most of the stuff that we normally do.

Man, if I cvould I would totally stay up the entire night keeping you company, a few weeks ago (26 December) I stayed up until eight(seven Greenwitch time) playing a mobile phone puzzle over and over with a friend, it added up to a total of a school day of game time (five hours!!!). I fell asleep only because I was to bored and sat to comfy, then I woke up at two hours later, fully awake.

 

Anyways, I'll keep you company at least until three or four (two or three for you), then I'll try to wake up early, maybe seven/eight (six/seven) and rejoin you.

 

Then I can roll for you, just saying the results (maybe over msn(if you have/don't have anything against it) to avoid overfilling the thread).

Arch -mancy is the proper word for magic (I believe it is latin), also you just add the latin(?) word for the kind in front, f.eks. necromancy = undead/re-animation/corpse magic.

Power stones mean you can use them to auto suceed at something which craft based(Like Carpentry or something...not Mancic/Kinetic/Magical)
