Grim-

The Crystal still seems dull. The instructions don't seem to offer any extra clues.

Ares grabs the rope the person is pulling on and yanks it. Probably a trap, but the dice has screwed me over so much lately that I'm pretty much past caring. Heh.

Ares-

Pulls the cord, which gives somewhat.

I look around for anything that may be considered an altar. I then scan the area with geomancy.

Grim-

You appear to be inside the wooded area, there doesn't seem to be anything much different between this area and any of the other areas near abouts.

You don't get anything on Geoscan.

I wander down the road for a bit thinking and generally examining the area.

Ares tugs on it again.

Grim-

You wander about a bit, the area looks normal...the sort of place you would pass by without really taking any notice if you didn't know there was something here.

Ares pulls the cord and it breaks at the top of the cliff edge, spiraling down as a frayed end.

I examine the area closer after summoning several orbs of light.

Grim-

Apart from creating a vaguely romantic atmosphere by the arrangement of the lights there appears to be nothing special about this place.

Ares checks to see if the man can see properly, before scrawling a note asking if he would be able to surive the rocks on top of him breaking forcefully.

Ares-

He seems fairly put off by the idea, panicking alot

I close my eyes and try to find a source of magical power aside from my own gear/followers.

Grim-

You sense a very tiny spark of life magic in the crystal.

Ares abandons the idea, and instead asks what the person thinks he should do, giving him the pen and holding the paper nearby so he can write.

(I'm assuming it's night-time now since you said Grim needed sleep)

Igos goes back to the outskirts of the goblin village, and makes sure to be out of sight. He checks around to make sure it's all clear of people.

I move in the direction where the spark of life becomes stronger from the life crystal.

Ares-

"Get Help!"

Ares yells back up to the large being, asking if he could help move some rocks and rescue the person?

Igos-

Only where Grim is...

The Guards still seem to be present, and the animals are still caged up outside, as are the humans.

Grim-

You wander around, but don't detect any change in the Crystals power.

Ares-

"Me up here!" He shouts back.

Ares tries to create a staircase down that the being can walk down.
