Of course they'll leave when they get stronger. That's the whole point of apprenticeship. Besides, by the time they're strong enough, they will have a toolkit of items from their apprentice days.

The only difference between a disagreement between friends, an argument between strangers, and a feud between enemies is the ability to reconcile.

Seriously rocco get one of the red metal one of the green metal and one of the mystril (did you notice the fact that I was willing to pay 3,000 gold a bar for the mystril?)

I might just ask to take up temporary residence, even after apprenticeship, in Jen's tower. T'would be a perfect place to practice my magic.

Remember to bring a coat! Actually, I will task Poseidon with getting the fur for it. Anyways, the tower isn't stable. I'll make an igloo. :P

Gotta go for the night. Hope we have a fun new session tomorrow. :)

Also, I would like to take a position as Chronicler. I'm good at Roleplaying and could provide a history, given enough time, of the whole game. =b

Aiming at chronicling Dungeoneering, eh? Well, here's Kemios's history:

Appeared in realm -> Killed some stuff -> Got robbed by a goblin -> Got revenge via large amounts of fire -> Helped the establishment of Ikana by clearing the land of a goblin settlement and making a castle -> Got a Wyrm familiar -> Was instrumental in slaying the Google -> Had some eye issues -> Got a skeletal wyvern familiar -> Grew wings and turned feathery and blue due to a transmog accident -> Helped fend off a zombie invasion

And that's pretty much a summary of it.

And I don't really want an apprentice, simply due to my very volatile RL schedule.

Gotta go, see ya tomorrow.

The thing is I want to make a sword out of it. one bar would do no good for that.

depends on the size of the bar. One bar very likely would be good enough if it was decently sized.

LNYvk.png

Bars in runescape are almost the size of our heads, just try to drop one.

Anyways I've got some mystril ore I've got no use for, anyone care to buy?

Hm... sounds like an ice-element metal.

Einherjar is a world in Norse mythology, don't remember too much about it though. lemme check the wiki.

Einherjar I belive has not been mentioned in Norse mythology, although it is Dusty you should ask.

Though it looks like "Ein herjar" which is Nynorsk for "One is ravaging".

i know, i was confirming it.. but over typing much? try to reduce themm just a liiitttllle bit.

This is a [semi]-roleplaying forum, the more detail the better.

seriously dude, think it thru, you wouldnt want a litch to be ur enemy.

You aren't a lich yet.

@ ICU

Halflings can be nobles, or at least very pompous commoners.

Just look at R.A. Salvatore's Oliver de'Burroughs

I asked him as school today, he's mistaking halfling with half-elf.

Also as an unrelated question, what is the best metal? I will be able to get 3 bars from the iron golem and I don't want to waste them.

They all have different properties, and I've already told you the ones which you succeeded in identifying.

No, wait, it's a FInal Fantasy reference. Light as air, armour of it provides entry to the afterlife.

I just ripped the name, although you already guessed the effect I wanted it to have.

I want to know what caladburn is made out of :/

It's a mystril alloy. (Mystril is seriously hard stuff and has an insanely high melting point).

I never stated what is was made out of, and shan't unless Icu decides to do some really in-depth research.

Einherjar is in Norse mythology. I believe an Einherjar is a great warrior who was taken to the afterlife, or something along those lines.

PS. Nexaduro, you say you like D&D, and then you follow it up with a Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy reference. I think I have met my new best friend.

Here.

Einherjer was in norse mythology men fallen in battle and brought by the Valkyres to Vallhall, Vingolv or Folkvang where then later they should be called back to life to fight æsene during Ragnarok.

Also you can find the letters to my last name in Einherjar, Einherjar. Now let's see who remembers it, I told you once in the old Hegemony.

Woah, woah, I'm not starting just yet. I will start early however, due to the lack of a session yesterday.

2Xeo5.png

Let's say 5:30, then I'll leave to eat for a while a few hours later, then when I get back I'll run till 12.

2Xeo5.png

Great idea!!! Start at the same time as I leave for karate. Damnit!!

Well that would only last an hour or two, so there's still plenty of time.

2Xeo5.png

I don't think the metal is that important to caladburn, I'd probably get better results understanding the magic inside it.

It's a REALLY big shaft.

I didn't catch fire, I used the can of hairspray as a flamethrower and pointed it at my arm.

how are you going to ignore my posts when I'm offering to let you live as my vassal in two weeks time?

10-15 minute delay, need to go buy something.

It WAS caladbolg, until it got the upgrade making it caladburn.

Change of plan, I'm making/eating food earlier, so I can start earlier. Expect to be back around 7:30-7:45.

2Xeo5.png

Well considering I usually start at 9:00...

Besides, I have no obligation to start earlier anyway, I don't decide when I have a headache, or how long potatoes take to cook, so I'd appreciate it if you wouldn't make snide-sounding comments towards me.

We can start if there are 3 people.
